Job summary

Philadelphia Phillies - Baseball Operations seeks a Video & Technology Associate to oversee affiliate video rooms, film and log games, and support tech operations across minor league sites. The role includes data review sessions with coaches and players and maintaining hardware and software used in scouting and instruction.

The position requires a degree or current enrollment, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in college.
Ability to interact professionally with players, coaches and staff.
Detail-oriented, organized and a strong communicator.
Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Experience with BATS video system or sports technology preferred.

Responsibilities

Open and oversee affiliate video room operations daily.
Film and log all home and road games using BATS video system.
Capture data for bullpens, batting practice and workouts per requests.
Set up and troubleshoot baseball technologies, including bat sensors and motion capture tools.
Operate cameras, networks and hard drives; provide support as needed.
Support daily data and video review sessions with coaches and players.
Provide status reports to coordinators in Philadelphia and Clearwater.
Assist with various video/tech initiatives across departments as needed.
