Job summary

Philadelphia Phillies is seeking a Video & Technology Associate to oversee daily affiliate video operations, film and log games, and support data review sessions with coaches and players. You will manage baseball technology hardware, assist with data uploads, and coordinate with staff in Philadelphia and Clearwater.

The role requires a Bachelor's or current student, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Housing is provided across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily affiliate video room operations.
• Film and log home/away games using BATS video system.
• Capture data for bullpens, batting practice, and workouts as requested.
• Set up and troubleshoot various baseball technologies (sensors, motion capture).
• Operate IP/high-speed cameras and network hardware; manage data uploads.
• Provide regular status reports to coordinators in Philadelphia and Clearwater.
• Assist with video/tech initiatives for Player Development and Amateur Scouting.
