Job summary

Boston Red Sox are seeking an Affiliate Video & Technology Associate to manage video and data collection across assigned affiliates. You will operate BATS, Trackman, Hawkeye, Blast, Kinatrax, and high frame rate cameras daily, ensuring timely delivery of video and reports for coaching staff and analytics teams.

You will collaborate with Player Development, Baseball Systems, and Analytics, supporting scouting and game preparation while traveling with the squad as needed throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Identify, analyze, and solve problems in a process-driven way.

Responsibilities

• Collect game and non-game video by setting up cameras and using BATS video software.
• Organize and distribute game video and performance reports to players and staff.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of advance scouting materials with affiliate staff.
• Operate and maintain technologies such as Blast, Rapsodo, Trackman, Hawkeye, Kinatrax, and high frame rate cameras.
• Serve as the first point of contact for data, video, or technology issues at affiliates.
• Travel with the team and manage transportation of necessary technology.
