Job summary

Philadelphia Phillies - Baseball Operations in multiple locations seeks a Video & Technology Associate to oversee daily affiliate video operations, film and log games, and support instructional review sessions. The role requires strong communication, quick tech troubleshooting, and the ability to work flexible hours across affiliated sites in PA, NJ and FL.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or current student status.
Ability to interact professionally with players, coaches and staff.
Detail-oriented, organized and strong communicator.
Quick-thinking with tech troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Experience with BATS video system or sports tech preferred.
Experience in baseball settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

Open and oversee affiliate video operations daily.
Film and log home and road games using BATS system.
Capture data for bullpens, BP and workouts per staff requests.
Set up and troubleshoot baseball technologies and networks.
Support data and video review sessions with coaches/players.
Provide regular status reports to coordinators in Philly/ Clearwater.
Assist with various Video/Technology and Amateur Scouting initiatives as needed.
