Job summary

Becklar, a leader in SMART Critical Event Protection, seeks a Video Monitoring Specialist to join our Rexburg, Idaho team. This in-office role focuses on rapid response to video alarms, detailed ticketing, and operating new software tools to manage multiple tasks.

Starting pay is $14.50/hour with growth opportunities, plus benefits like training, mental health support, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition assistance. 16 hours per week minimum.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Must be able to type, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking for?:

• 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred

Preferred Experience (but not required)

• 1 Year of phone customer service

• 1 Year of security experience
