Job summary

Atlanta Hawks is seeking a qualified AV/IPTV engineer to manage IPTV systems and support event AV needs at State Farm Arena. The role involves coordinating video programming across departments and assisting with audio upgrades and event-day operations.

The candidate should have a strong background in IPTV, audio systems, networking basics, and be able to work in a fast-paced live entertainment environment. Proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or EE or related field.
• Proven experience managing IPTV and audio systems and coordinating video programming.
• Strong knowledge of audio tech and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and contribute to team projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IPTV system operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot IPTV issues and implement improvements.
• Develop and manage IPTV signage programming.
• Coordinate daily video/audio programming with departments.
• Assist with audio system upgrades and operation during events.
• Set up AV equipment and configurations for events and presentations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the AV system and deployments.
