Qualifications

• Ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven narratives and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Partnerships across Video and New Bets — translate vision into actionable plans.
• Be a strategic advisor to Product and cross-functional teams to accelerate decision-making.
• Motivate and align teams; drive momentum without direct authority.
• Bring deep content-ecosystem fluency across partnerships, deals, and creator dynamics.
• Install the operating system with cadence, planning, and leadership meetings.
