This role requires a seasoned operator who can motivate teams, act as a trusted strategic advisor to Product and cross-functional partners, and bring clarity to fast-moving work.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, business ops, consulting, or similar in tech/media.
• Experience translating complex problems into structured strategic recommendations.
• Experience building partnerships, content, or media functions with creator ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and performance measurement.
• Ability to influence senior leadership with data-driven narratives and frameworks.
• Experience adopting responsible AI practices and staying current with AI tech.
