Job summary

Meta is seeking a senior Strategy & Operations leader to drive Partnerships strategy across Instagram's Video and New Bets. This role centers on strategy-first leadership, turning ambiguity into actionable plans, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact bets in video and entertainment on the platform.

You will partner with Product and leadership, synthesize complex inputs into clear executive narratives, and drive momentum across rapidly evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategy, operations, management consulting, or related analytical function within technology, media, or digital content company
• Ability to translate complex, ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable strategic recommendations for executive audiences
• Experience working within or supporting partnerships, business development, content, or media functions with understanding of entertainment and partner ecosystems
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic planning processes, including goal-setting, prioritization, and performance measurement
• Experience influencing senior leadership through written strategic narratives, data-driven recommendations, and structured decision-making frameworks

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Partnerships across Video and New Bets — define objectives, priorities, and success metrics
• Be a strategic advisor to Product and cross-functional partners to accelerate decision-making
• Motivate and align teams across functions to move initiatives forward
• Demonstrate deep content-ecosystem fluency across creator, entertainment, and partner management
• Implement operating cadence with reviews, planning, and leadership meetings to keep large efforts aligned
• Deliver executive-grade synthesis: crisp briefs, narratives, and recommendations
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and unblock escalations to restore momentum
