Job summary

Berklee is seeking a Video Specialist to oversee multi-camera productions, adjust framing, aperture, ISO, and other fundamentals. The role involves collaborating with student technicians, maintaining video equipment inventory, and leading livestreams and director’s cuts with strong communication and project management skills.

The position is casual with variable hours, requiring availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Video Production or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related professional experience.
• Deep knowledge of the use of video cameras (Sony preferred), video cables/accessories, and multi-camera recording/streaming.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work well with diverse audiences, manage workload independently at times, and oversee ongoing projects concurrently.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-camera productions and coordinate with camera operators for livestreams and director’s cuts.
• Collaborate to improve and maintain video equipment inventory.
• Share knowledge with student technicians to enhance the student experience.
