Spotlight Events, Inc. is seeking a Video Specialist to capture, manage, and deliver high-quality video of live performances at our competitions. You will ensure consistent camera operation, monitor audio, troubleshoot issues, and maintain livestreams while supporting stage setup and media workflows.
This role requires traveling to events nationwide, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines with our production team.

The Video Specialist is responsible for capturing, managing, and delivering high-quality video footage of live performances at Spotlight Events’ competitions. This individual ensures consistent video camera operation, production quality, monitors audio recordings, troubleshoots technical issues, maintains livestream operations, and manages media files. The Video Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining Spotlight’s brand standards by ensuring that video output meets expectations of excellence, while also supporting stage setup, load-in/load-out, and collaborating closely with the production team.
Travel is required during our event season (January–July), and team members must reside within reasonable proximity to a U.S. international airport or hub to accommodate frequent travel.
