Hope Media Group is seeking a Video Production Coordinator to own the operational ecosystem of our Video Department. You will support production logistics, studio operations, media management, and workflow readiness so creators can focus on exceptional content that serves our ministry goals.

The role spans production phases from concept and scripting support through filming, editing, and final delivery, while ensuring alignment with our mission, brand, and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, Broadcasting, Multimedia, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns operational ecosystem of Video Department and supports production logistics.
• Coordinates studio operations, media management, and workflow readiness.
• Oversees production phases from concept to final delivery to reflect the org's mission.
