Job summary

The American Association of Christian Counselors is seeking a Media Production Coordinator/Studio Operations Manager to oversee the media production department and recording studios. You will coordinate studio use, manage projects, maintain equipment, and ensure high-quality content across the department.

Ideal candidates combine people skills with technical know-how, excelling in communication, organization, and multi-project management to keep production running smoothly and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, Broadcasting, Digital Media or related field, or equivalent professional background.
• Strong working knowledge of audio/video production, studio operations, and professional A/V equipment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with audio/video editing workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work confidently and professionally with staff, presenters, and production teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical and production issues.
• Comfortable using project management, scheduling, and other digital production tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all podcast and audio assembly.
• Edit audio and video using Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.
• Review and QC projects to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to requirements.
• Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Travel to events to support course recordings and production needs.
• Coordinate weekly in-studio production and postproduction for news-talk content.
