Job summary

His Glory is seeking a highly organized Production Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our broadcast and production studio in Mount Pleasant, TX. You will work as the right hand to the General Manager / CBO, coordinating live broadcasts, recorded programs, schedules, and team activities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with VMix, studio workflows, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high production standards

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in broadcast, television, live streaming, or production operations.
Working knowledge of VMix and live production environments.
Strong understanding of studio workflows, production scheduling, and broadcast operations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the production studio and broadcast environment.
Ensure all live and recorded productions are executed professionally, efficiently, and on schedule.
Serve as the primary operational point person for production staff, producers, directors, and technical crew.
Assist the CBO with department planning, execution, staffing, and workflow management.
Maintain production calendars, studio schedules, and resource allocation.
Possess working knowledge of VMix and live production workflows.
Monitor broadcast quality across television, web, mobile, and OTT platforms.
Troubleshoot production and technical issues as they arise.
Coordinate with third-party technology vendors and support partners when necessary.
Help establish and maintain production standards, procedures, and best practices.
Provide daily direction and accountability to production team members.
Assist in training and developing producers, operators, and technical staff.
Foster a culture of excellence, urgency, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ensure production deliverables meet established quality standards.

Position Summary

His Glory is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Production Operations Manager to serve as the operational leader of our broadcast and production studio. This individual will act as the right hand to the General Manager / Chief Broadcasting Officer (CBO), ensuring the day-to-day execution of all studio operations, live broadcasts, recorded programming, production schedules, and team coordination.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of live television and digital broadcasting environments, including VMix and studio production workflows. Because we are a lean and fast-moving organization, this role requires someone who is equally comfortable leading a team, solving operational challenges, and stepping behind the switcher or into production roles when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations Leadership
