Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Video Production Coordinator with an AI-first mindset to serve as the operational backbone of our fast-paced video team.

You will own on-site shoot logistics and drive our downstream video execution pipeline using Asana and other tools, guiding talent and stakeholders through production days. You’ll bring deep knowledge of video production timelines, workflows, and AI-enabled automation to scale operations while maintaining brand and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in video production coordination, broadcast, or creative agency environments.
• Demonstrated track record leading live shoot logistics and interfacing with executives and talent.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise project management tools (Asana, Workfront, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
• AI-first mindset to leverage AI tools and simple automations to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-of production logistics for on-site video shoots; coordinate schedules and call sheets.
• Serve as primary on-site lead for talent, executives, and internal stakeholders with a high-touch experience.
• Own video-specific project management tasks and customize templates in Asana.
• Track project progression and report milestones, timelines, and blockers in cross-functional meetings.
• Proactively leverage AI tools and automations to scale team output and reduce friction.
• Partner with writers, editors, motion designers, and other teams to align assets and maintain momentum.
• Ensure assets comply with brand guidelines and are stored/archived across platforms.
