We’re looking for a creative and resourceful Video Editor/Producer to lead production for a daily live news show. This contract role is based in NYC with working hours aligned to our live show schedule (1–9 PM ET).

You’ll take ownership of the full production process—managing live streams, editing social-first clips, producing podcast episodes, and helping define the visual identity of the show. This is a hands-on opportunity to build something new alongside a fast-moving editorial team and on-air host.

What You'll Do:

• Produce and run live broadcasts across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
• Edit live shows into short-form video and podcast content
• Help build the NYC studio—selecting cameras, lighting, audio gear, and shaping set design
• Assist with guest booking and manage related logistics
• Collaborate on show structure, pacing, and creative direction

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in video/audio editing, ideally for social or news content
• Strong knowledge of live stream setups, gear, and back-end production
• Experience creating high-impact content optimized for different platforms
• Familiarity with tech and business news is a plus
• Calm under pressure, highly organized, creative, and proactive
