Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Video and Photo Production Specialist with a passion for creating compelling visual content. This role is perfect for an individual who is driven, innovative, and solution oriented. This individual will work closely with the Creative & Branding team and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality multimedia content that supports company initiatives, campaigns, and storytelling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production of video and photo content from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Operate and maintain video, audio, and photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and sound tools
  • Edit video and photo content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and offering feedback
  • Assist in coordinating and managing production calendar to ensure timelines and deadlines are met
  • Ensure all photo and video files are properly labeled, organized, and stored

Required

Job Specific Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Photography, Communications, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Must have experience in photography & video production
  • Experienced working with Adobe Creative Suite or other equivalent design software.
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively edit both photo and video media in post-production to deliver a high-quality final product
  • Demonstrate strong storytelling abilities with an eye for composition and detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Possess exceptional business professionalism and experience with senior leadership and C-Level executives
  • Valid U.S. Driver's Licence for travel as needed throughout NJ
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of video and photography work
