Under the direction of the Video Director, the Video Manager will oversee various aspects of video production, management, and distribution to support the Titans' football operations. Interested candidates should include three professional references with their application. Failure to provide three references will result in an incomplete application and disqualification from consideration.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and educate coaches, scouts, and personnel on video software and meeting room technology.
  • Manage the importing, storage, and sharing of incoming video content.
  • Assist the Video Director in training, mentoring, and leading the video staff to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate filming of practices and workouts.
  • Produce weekly video cut-ups, auto-filters, and reports as requested.
  • Set up technology and cameras before practices.
  • Communicate with vendors for troubleshooting, support, and hardware replacements.
  • Film sideline angles at games and practices according to NFL standards.
  • Prepare videos for scouting meetings, player evaluations, and draft processes.
  • Maintain and organize video equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with basic post-production tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Video Director to evaluate and implement hardware and software upgrades.
  • Work with Football Operations, IT, Digital Media, Analytics, and Development teams to optimize video solutions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years full-time experience in professional or collegiate football video roles.
  • Experience managing or assisting in managing a football video staff.
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel to away games is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of professional-grade cameras and audio equipment.
  • Proficiency with video software such as Catapult Thunder, PFF Ultimate, Telemetry, Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information responsibly.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
