Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Channel Director, the Regional Channel Director plays a key role in leading the regional Channel team covering North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. This individual should be a dynamic leader, knowledgeable and passionate about Video Security & Access Control, highly partner-focused, efficient, and results-oriented.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Coaching Channel Managers (CAM), setting clear business goals
  2. Utilizing MSI adopted business tools to manage and measure performance
  3. Managing channel partner-led opportunities and growing the pipeline
  4. Developing and executing comprehensive business plans to foster relationships with internal and partner organizations
  5. Anticipating market needs and aligning with MSI’s video and security portfolio
  6. Building relationships across the channel partner community and industry influencers
  7. Creating innovative marketing, service, and supply chain strategies
  8. Representing the channel perspective within Motorola Solutions and ensuring collaboration
  9. Maintaining knowledge of relevant policies and ensuring team conformance
  10. Fostering a collaborative, high-energy operating environment

**Knowledge & Skills:**

  • 5+ years of Channel Management or Sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of Leadership experience
  • Knowledge of traditional and emerging video/access control technologies
  • Consistent high performance and quota achievement
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region
  • Candidate based in the region preferred

**Salary Range:** $67,100 - $148,400

Salary depends on experience and skills. The actual offer will be individualized.
