Job summary

Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, is seeking a part-time Media Lab Attendant to manage the video lab during established hours. You will operate all equipment in control rooms and studios and oversee student use, signing equipment out and in.

Minimum qualifications include upper-level status and completion of DIGI 225 or equivalent, plus strong video/audio production skills. Preferred: Adobe Premiere knowledge; experience with professional gear; strong people and organizational skills;

Qualifications

• Upper-level student (sophomore–senior) with at least one semester at Liberty.
• Must have completed DIGI 225 or equivalent.
• Strong video and audio production skills.
• Ability to teach, guide others, and assist with equipment.
• Good organizational skills, honesty, integrity, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the video lab during established hours.
• Operate all equipment in control rooms and studios.
• Oversee student use of equipment and sign equipment out/in.
• Maintain all equipment and ensure proper paperwork.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Video Lab Supervisor.
