Job summary

Liberty University, Inc. is seeking a Student Videographer to join the Marketing Department. You will work with the video team to document the university's history and mission, covering events on campus including nights and weekends.

You will assist on large set productions and edit using Adobe Creative Suite. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and a demo reel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Approximately one to three years of related experience required; demo reel must be submitted.
• Proficiency with Apple computer platforms and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Premiere; color grading/motion graphics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research emerging technologies and promotional video trends.
• Brainstorm and develop video concepts with the production team.
• Produce event-based video coverage and operate video/audio equipment; set up lighting/audio as needed.
• Perform post-production tasks: organize footage, rough cuts, color correction, final edits in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Coordinate with marketing for approvals on drafts and final proofs.
