Orion Worldwide is a global media company seeking a Senior Associate, Investment to manage revenue optimization and inventory strategies. You will drive yield across inventory categories, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce standards, and lead and mentor junior staff to deliver high-performance results.

The role blends traditional investment responsibilities with a focus on process improvement, workflow optimization, and strategic partnerships to support growth and client value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital media experience, preferably within programmatic or social media
• Proven track record in yield management, ad tech, or revenue optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Prisma, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, other BI tools
• Strong understanding of compliance, financial processes, and media industry best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Yield Management: Balance supply and demand across inventory types to maximize monetization
• Operational Leadership & Workflow Optimization: Support Prisma and Internal Trackers, ensure taxonomies and templates meet standards, assist in monthly reconciliations
• Team Management & Development: Mentor junior staff, provide support and resolve conflicts, foster continuous improvement
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with internal stakeholders and coordinate with external vendors and sister agencies to support onboarding and workflow integration
