Poshmark is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Awareness Media to own our paid video strategy across TV, CTV/OTT and YouTube, testing new opportunities and scaling what works. You’ll manage direct campaign execution and agency partnerships to accelerate shopper and seller growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners, design experiments, and optimize budgets to balance brand awareness with performance objectives, reporting to the Director of Growth, Awareness.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years managing and executing multi-million dollar campaigns across awareness media channels (TV, CTV/OTT, YouTube).
• Experience with e-commerce or high-growth brands is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and execution across our primary video channels: TV, CTV/OTT, and YouTube, with flexibility to explore opportunities like OOH and network partnerships.
• Build quarterly media plans and optimize live campaigns.
• Work with in-house teams and agency partners to scale impact across marketplace.
• Report to the Director of Growth, Awareness.
• Design and run structured experiments to evaluate channel viability and emerging opportunities.
