Job summary

Ansera is seeking a skilled Audio/Video/Lighting technician with a strong video focus for on-site event production in the United States. The role involves deploying AV gear at events, supporting video content, and assisting audio/lighting as needed.

You will prep, install, operate, and maintain gear, work with clients and staff, and help ensure flawless shows from setup to teardown. Excellent output quality and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in live or virtual audiovisual production or related field.

Responsibilities

• Prep, install, operate, and maintain gear on location and in the warehouse.
• Set up, operate and break down client shows including corporate events, tradeshows, exhibits, concerts and theatre.
• Operate AV systems for corporate meetings, live and virtual events (video switchers, audio, playback, cameras, projection).
• Plan and implement technical requirements from schedules, contracts and show documentation.
• Collaborate with internal staff to identify and resolve pre-production issues.
• Prepare and adjust video equipment to ensure optimal performance during events.
• Assist in warehouse tasks: pull, test, maintain equipment, build racks, repairs.
• Receive, inspect, and verify equipment, reporting discrepancies or damage.
• Serve as lead or supporting technician, directing team members and freelance staff as assigned.
• Ensure equipment is protected, secured, and packed safely for transport.
• Maintain knowledge of event technologies; attend training and propose upgrades.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
