Job summary

Amgen is seeking an AV Production Technician to support live, hybrid, and virtual events across our spaces and digital platforms. You will operate and troubleshoot audio and video systems, manage Dante and NDI workflows, and assist with streaming, webcasting, and virtual meetings to deliver polished event experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting live, hybrid, and virtual event production in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of professional audio systems, including mics, mixers, DSPs, and signal flow.
• Experience with Dante audio routing, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of video systems including cameras, switchers, displays, and production workflows.
• Experience with NDI video workflows and IP-based video transport.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end technical execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events across Amgen spaces and venues.
• Operate and troubleshoot AV production systems (audio consoles, video switchers, encoders/decoders, displays).
• Manage Dante audio networks and NDI video workflows including configuration and monitoring.
• Provide streaming and webcasting support for events and meetings.
• Support Webex, Teams, and Zoom in live or executive-facing environments.
• Assume multiple production roles as needed (Audio/Video/Streaming/Graphics).
• Perform pre-event checks, room validation, and quality control for reliable delivery.
