What You Will Do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify end‑user devices, including personal computers, thin clients, network interface cards (NICs), telephones, monitors, printers, pagers, and radios.
• Perform maintenance and technical support on end‑user devices, integrated systems, and subsystems.
• Install and configure software at customer and field locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to end‑user equipment.
• Deliver responsive technical support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise installing, repairing, and troubleshooting VTC devices and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience providing remote technical support to end users.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory security and policies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience; OR
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience.

Certifications

Clearance Requirement

• Must possess an active TS SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role
