You will transform real footage into compelling AI-enhanced content and oversee budget-related studio costs.

Ideal candidates have a strong portfolio of vertical ads, fluency in English, and the ability to lead shoots and transcribe scripts efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong video editing skills and a portfolio of short-form vertical ads.
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools or the drive to learn them fast.
• Native or near-native English with talent direction and casting judgment.

Responsabilités

• Cut studio, street interview, and creator footage into short-form vertical ads.
• Turn real footage into AI footage using tools like Higgsfield, Kling, or Seedance.
• Own the weekly production calendar, from collecting actor needs to booking the studio.
• Run the set, direct actors, and transcribe teleprompter scripts.
• Close the money by calculating studio costs and actor pay.
• Build the actor pipeline and review self-tapes to promote strong candidates.
