Job summary

GrowtHub is seeking a Video Editor & Studio Production Assistant to own our in-house production, from booking the studio to handing over edited ads. You’ll edit footage, create AI footage, and support any team as needed.

You’ll run weekly studio sessions, cast and confirm actors, prep shoots, manage scripts and the production calendar, and ensure accurate cost tracking and payments. The role demands native English, strong Premiere/CapCut/DaVinci skills, and comfort with budgeting, Notion, and

Qualifications

• Proven ability to edit short-form vertical ads for social platforms.
• Experience with AI video tools or willingness to learn quickly.
• Fluent English with on-set script and actor direction skills.
• Comfort budgeting, cost sheets and studio payments.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple shoots.

Responsibilities

• Edit studio, street interview and creator footage into vertical ads.
• Turn real footage into AI footage when needed.
• Support editing, AI generation, production, or ops as required.
• Own and manage the weekly production calendar and studio bookings.
• Cast and confirm actors, plan shoots and manage scripts.
• Prepare shoots, transcribe scripts, and plan full days.
• Direct sets, ensure correct framing, and handle on-site tweaks.
• Run the Monday test session and evaluate new actors.
• Close the monetary aspects: hours, costs, receipts, and payments.
• Deliver footage to creators for QA and hand over assets.
