Qualifications

• Experience with eCom brands and ads that actually scale.
• Knowledge of AI tools and up-to-date formats.
• Understanding ad psychology and direct response.
• Attention to detail and obsession with quality craft.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Edit approximately 10 videos per week for ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with the founder to align with brand voice and goals.
• Stay current with eCom trends and formats; iterate on performance.
