Paired, a global staffing and recruiting agency, is hiring a Direct-Response Video Editor for a fast-growing DTC brand to work remotely with their team. You will edit short-form videos for paid ads and organic content, focusing on b-roll with text overlays and founder UGC.

Work closely with a small marketing team on time-sensitive campaigns, develop hooks, drive conversions, and maintain brand consistency across Meta and TikTok, with room for creative ownership and growth into larger campaigns.

Formación

• Proven experience editing direct-response or performance video ads.
• Strong command of English for scripts and team communication.
• Ability to work quickly on time-critical launches.
• Attention to brand guidelines and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Brainstorm ad and content ideas with the marketing team.
• Edit short-form videos for Meta and TikTok, for ads and organic content.
• Deliver finished videos with captions, on-screen text, and music.
• Build hooks and CTAs to drive conversions.
• Apply feedback and meet tight deadlines.
• Track ad performance data to guide future edits.
• Follow brand guidelines and approved wording.
