Create cinematic, story-driven YouTube videos for a growing AI Gaming channel. You'll translate episode ideas into narratives that keep our audience coming back. We trust the audience — pauses, slow builds, and letting moments breathe are central to our style. You'll work directly with the showrunner (me) with clear briefs, quick feedback, and room to experiment. Project-based, at a competitive per-project rate that grows as the collaboration grows.

Ideal Candidate

• Can take rough ideas and references and turn them into polished, binge-worthy videos.
• Knows what works on YouTube — especially in gaming, tech, or AI.
• Believes retention is earned, not chased — knows when to cut, and when not to.
• Comfortable with quick turnarounds and honest feedback.
• Understands story structure and narrative building.

Job Requirements
