Job summary

Condé Nast in New York, NY is seeking an Associate Manager, Creative Development to join our fast-paced video team. This role focuses on developing and producing premium, scalable programming across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, with a focus on home design and lifestyle content.

You will support pre-production, production, and post-production, manage shoots, assist with contracts, call sheets, casting, and coordinate with editorial, audience, and analytics teams to engage fans

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating, producing, and developing digital videos across platforms.
• Interest in design and interiors; familiarity with top designers/influencers.
• Strong understanding of what works on various social platforms and creating social content for interiors and lifestyle brands.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects at the same time under tight deadlines and fixed resources.
• Full understanding of production and post-production workflows.
• Superior written and verbal skills; able to communicate with top talent.
• Solutions-oriented problem solver with collaborative mindset.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and design/lifestyle content trends.

Responsibilities

• Support development and production of original content for all platforms.
• Coordinate content strategy and creative for AD social channels.
• Prepare shoots, including location pickups, props, and crafts; coordinate production logistics.
• Assist with contracts and releases; create call sheets and support casting requests.
• Track projects and deadlines; collaborate with production and post-production teams.
• Capture notes on continuity and on-set details across pre-production to post-production.
