Condé Nast seeks an Associate Manager, Design Optimization in New York to craft thumbnails, titles and templates for YouTube pilots and busy libraries of content. You will work with programming to ensure core appeal drives optimization and test hypotheses with data-driven iteration.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in media, and deep knowledge of the YouTube algorithm, analytics and CMS. This role reports to the Senior Director of Creative Optimization and is based in New York.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role for a media company, creator or MCN.
• Advanced understanding of the YouTube algorithm.
• Expertise of YouTube Analytics.
• Expertise of YouTube CMS.
• Highly detail oriented, organized and entrepreneurial.

Responsabilidades

• Develop thumbnails and titles for YouTube pilots.
• Create new thumbnail templates for existing key shows.
• Partner with programming to ensure core appeal is expressed in optimization.
• Continuously monitor and reoptimize library content.
• Create new systems to measure effectiveness of reoptimization tactics.
• Utilize community mechanisms to promote re-optimized content with teammates.
