Lotus Health AI in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Content Director to own all aspects of video from concept to publish. You will build a scalable content engine for short-form formats across Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, working with Growth and Creative teams to drive user acquisition.

You’ll lead high-volume production, shape templates and styles, stay ahead of platform trends, and iterate based on performance data. This is an on-site, fast-paced role at a Series A health tech company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of videography and editing with a strong social/short-form portfolio.
• Expertise in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent).
• Strong instinct for pacing, sound, and hook.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment with rapid iteration.
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics, After Effects, or basic color grading.
• Bonus: prior experience at a consumer app or health/wellness brand.

Responsabilités

• Script, film and edit high-volume short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Take raw footage and shape into scroll-stopping videos.
• Develop and iterate on templates, formats and styles for scaling.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and bring new ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with Growth and content teams on campaign-level strategy.
• Contribute to feedback loops, tracking what’s performing and why.
