Solvely.ai is seeking an AI Content Marketing Specialist to build an AI-native content system from 0 to 1, focusing on short-form formats across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and more. You will shape workflows, research creators, and drive marketing operations.

You will create concepts, scripts, captions, and assets; run AI-assisted research and publishing workflows; study North American trends; and turn patterns into repeatable playbooks while tracking performance and iterating

Qualifications

Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and North American creator culture.
Good taste in content: explain why a hook, format, or edit works.
Comfortable using AI tools for content production, analysis, and workflow automation.
Basic Python, scripting, or automation ability, or willingness to learn.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to move quickly from idea to execution.

Responsibilities

Create, review, and iterate short-form video concepts, scripts, captions, and content assets.
Build and run AI-assisted workflows for content research, ideation, scripting, editing, QA, and publishing.
