About the Role

• We are seeking a Content Developer with strong video production and training content development skills to support a Software Engineering team.
• This role focuses on transforming technical concepts, processes, and product information into engaging, easy-to-understand training videos and learning materials.
• The ideal candidate combines instructional content development expertise with hands-on video production skills and is comfortable using Adobe After Effects and Adobe-Express Video Editor, including AI-enabled capabilities, to create polished learning experiences.

Job Title: Video Content Developer Technical Training

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with software engineers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear training materials.
• Create end-to-end video content, including:
  • Content outlines and storyboards
  • Training scripts
  • Video production and editing
  • Motion graphics and visual elements
  • Final learning and training assets
• Use Adobe After Effects to develop professional motion graphics, animations, transitions, and other visual elements.
• Use Adobe-Express Video Editor and AI-enabled video tools to accelerate content creation and editing.
• Simplify complex technical information into content that is clear, concise, and engaging for learners.

Minimum Qualifications

• Someone who could orchestrate with the use of AI to mass-create and publish training videos
• Strong proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with AI-assisted video/content creation capabilities using Claude etc.
• Demonstrated experience with video editing and video content production.
• Ability to develop training content from technical or complex source material.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers and technical subject matter experts.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple content deliverables.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$75,000 – 85,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
