ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Video Conferencing Support Technician to join our client’s technology team in Valhalla, NY.

This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the video conferencing environment, with emphasis on on-site support, incident tracking, and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include installing and configuring conferencing equipment (Cisco, Logitech, Neat), supporting Zoom or Teams, and coordinating high-level video conferencing events.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Audio-Visual and IT systems.
• Familiarity with Poly products and third-party video conferencing devices.
• Knowledge of H.320, H.323, and SIP protocols; Zoom or Teams experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting conferencing devices (Cisco, Logitech, Neat).

Responsabilidades

• Provide onsite technical support for video and audio conferencing issues to ensure seamless communication experiences.
• Assist in scheduling, managing, and supporting high-level video conferencing events and activities.
• Install, configure, and support video conferencing equipment, including MACD requests, to meet client needs.
• Track and resolve incidents efficiently, maintaining detailed support and process documentation.
• Guide customers in the use of video conferencing software and hardware, delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay Range: $35-$38/hr
