A global IT service provider is seeking a Video Conference Field Support Engineer in New Albany, Ohio. This entry-level role involves installation and troubleshooting of conference room equipment, supporting users, and managing inventory. Responsibilities

• Perform installation and setup of new equipment as per request.
• Perform troubleshooting for TV or projector display related issues.
• Troubleshoot the wire connectivity 'How to' and issues.
• Support and resolve 'How to' queries raised by conference room users.
• Troubleshoot the Audio & Video related issues that occurs in single device.
• Support and resolve the issues reported for conference room related tools.
• Perform break-fix on broken or faulty conference room equipment / hardware.
• Support & perform conference room hardware replacement / refresh process.
• Support conference room equipment Inventory management by working with customer & vendor.
• Perform Physical device reboots requested by engineering support team.
• Co-ordination with cross support teams.
• Willingness to travel to different close by sites.
