Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video and control systems for our large campus, including over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium. You will work with a team of AV experts to create ideal settings for events large and small, live and virtual, providing hands-on support.

Relocation to Madison, WI is required with financial relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination might be required or recommended by policy.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a large corporate campus.
• Support and troubleshoot AV systems across over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
