Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video and control systems for our Madison-area campus. You’ll support more than 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium, ensuring smooth events both live and virtual.

You will collaborate with AV experts, receive relocation assistance, and benefit from Epic's comprehensive rewards, including stock grants and merit-based pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video and control systems for the campus facilities.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure system reliability for live and virtual events.
