Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across a large corporate campus, including hundreds of rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium. The role requires relocation to the Madison area with company-supported relocation assistance.

You’ll work with a team of AV experts to create reliable settings for live and virtual events, delivering hands-on support and ensuring systems perform at peak during conferences and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong familiarity with DSP platforms and AoIP/SDVoE protocols.
  • Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI with relocation assistance.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination is preferred/ advised.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for the campus.
  • Support live and virtual events across 200+ conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
  • Collaborate with AV team to ensure systems perform reliably and meet events needs.
