Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach seeks a restaurant server to support the front of the house and ensure exceptional guest service. You will supply servers with food items, maintain tables and stations, and assist in delivering a smooth, courteous service in a high-volume setting.

Experience with high-quality service and knowledge of sanitation standards is preferred; you will collaborate with management and staff to uphold guest satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical equipment usage.
• Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
• Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supply servers with food items and supplies for the front of the restaurant to function effectively.
• General table maintenance and cleanliness of restaurants in accordance to specification, in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Serve general items such as soups, salads, and beverages to guests as necessary.
• Set tables with silverware and glassware, restocks server stations.
• Clean tabletops and chairs.
• Make coffee and keep a fresh supply of coffee and water available.
• Supply service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
