Positions available: Full-time and Part-time
ESR does not rely heavily on traditional gratuities for employee compensation. Instead, ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities left are split among hourly employees. To ensure a top-tier customer experience and remain competitive, ESR adds a 20% service charge to all checks, which is retained entirely by the house.
