Qualifications

• Two years of experience with victim advocacy, social work, crisis intervention, or related field.
• Bachelors degree in criminal justice, social work, family studies, psychology, or related behavioral field.
• AZ driver's license or ability to obtain by time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on the criminal justice system and victims' rights.
• Attend court proceedings with or on behalf of a victim and provide support.
• Identify resources and make referrals to social service agencies.
• Manage large caseloads and document information.
• Develop relationships with co-workers and victims using good customer service.
