Job summary

BridgeWork Partners is seeking a visionary Vice Provost for the School of Creative Arts, Entertainment and Design. The role reports to the Provost & Chief Academic Officer and leads academic quality, student success, faculty development, program effectiveness, and external partnerships across CAED.

The successful candidate will drive strategic assessment, build industry connections, and shape curricula that prepare students for careers in the creative economy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; earned doctorate preferred.
• Five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education.
• Experience in strategic planning, program assessment and curriculum development.
• Ability to build partnerships with industry, community and employers.
• Strong financial stewardship and resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee academic quality and student success across CAED.
• Develop and maintain student pathways and degree maps within the School.
• Lead faculty and academic managers across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations to expand experiential learning and employment pipelines.
• Coordinate with Academic Services to provide students access to tailored resources.
• Ensure curriculum and program excellence through benchmarking and assessment.
• Advocate for the School within the College and the broader community.
