Job summary

BridgeWork Partners is seeking a Vice Provost for the School of Manufacturing & Industrial Technology in Dallas, Texas. This role focuses on enhancing academic quality and faculty excellence while supporting student success in a dynamic higher education setting.

The Vice Provost will lead program planning and evaluation, engage community and workforce partners, and oversee academic leaders to ensure consistency and quality in student experiences. Candidates must possess a Master's degree and significant administrative experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required (earned doctorate preferred).
• Five years of progressively responsible teaching, administrative, and/or educational leadership experience.
• Three years of upper-level administrative/supervisory experience in a community college or higher education environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic programs.
• Develop and maintain student pathways and degree maps.
• Engage with community and employer partners to create responsive programs.
