Job summary

Dallas College seeks a visionary Vice Provost for the School of Creative Arts, Entertainment and Design. The role reports to the Provost and Chief Academic Officer and oversees academic quality, student success, faculty development, program effectiveness, and community partnerships.

This leader will shape curricula, expand experiential learning, and develop employment pipelines while aligning with Dallas College’s mission and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Five years of progressively responsible teaching, administrative or educational leadership experience.
• Experience in strategic planning and program evaluation in higher education.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the School of Creative Arts, Entertainment and Design.
• Advise the Provost on professional and technical education and curricula planning.
• Lead accountability for student success, faculty development and program effectiveness.
• Build partnerships with employers, community organizations and industry partners.
• Direct budgeting, resource stewardship and fundraising efforts.
• Represent the School within Dallas College and the broader community.
