Leman Academy of Excellence invites applications for the Vice Principal (full-time) at the Oro Valley Campus. The Vice Principal will join the Administrative Team to support the Principal in leading school operations, culture, and instructional leadership within a classical education framework.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and at least three years of teaching leadership experience, with Arizona standards familiarity and strong conflict-resolution skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field required.
• Certified Principal endorsement preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance and background checks are required.

Responsabilités

• Assure high academic performance outcomes for all scholars.
• Promote and cultivate a culture of caring, citizenship, perseverance, respect and responsibility.
• Coordinate curriculum development and best practices for instruction aligned with the Classical model.
