Job summary

Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) seeks a visionary Vice President of Warrior Experience to lead an enterprise-wide strategy for a seamless, personalized warrior journey across programs, services, and engagement channels.

You will oversee the Warrior Experience Team, Digital Experience, Resource Center, and Centralized Intake & Screening, driving innovation, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes for warriors and their families.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive leadership experience in customer or member experience, digital transformation, operations, or a related field.
• Eight years of staff management experience.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including leading organizational transformation and change management efforts.
• Experience overseeing digital platforms and digital engagement ecosystems.
• Experience leading customer service, contact center, resource center, or related service delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide Warrior Experience strategy.
• Lead a senior team to deliver a consistent, integrated warrior experience.
• Partner with executives to set priorities and strategic plans.
• Represent warrior voice in budgeting, transformation, and planning.
• Oversee digital experience strategy and self-service platforms.
• Act as executive sponsor for MyWWP and future digital platforms.
