  • Fifteen (15) years of professional experience.
  • Ten (10) years of Managerial/Supervisory experience.

The role is pivotal in ensuring system integrity, safety, and efficiency. The VP develops and maintains policies and procedures that protect personnel and equipment and meticulously plans and allocates both capital and operating budgets. Additional responsibilities include overseeing Track’s EAM program to optimize divisional assets through effective maintenance planning, inspection scheduling, and resource allocation. The VP is accountable for identifying areas requiring maintenance based on structural needs and must maintain 24/7/365 readiness to respond to emergency situations, ensuring appropriate and timely actions by Track personnel.

Additional InformationFinal salary is determined experience, skillset, and alignment with compensation practices. The posted range reflects expected compensation and may be updated as market or business needs evolve.
